What is Muay Thai?
Muay Thai is a striking martial art from Thailand known as the “Art of Eight Limbs.” Using punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, it has grown into one of the world’s most popular and fastest-growing combat sports.
What We Do
At Micua Muay Thai, we teach authentic Muay Thai in a welcoming, structured environment. Whether you're brand new or an experienced fighter, our coaches help you develop proper technique, fitness, confidence, and real Muay Thai skills.
What to Expect
Classes combine technique, pad work, partner drills, conditioning, and controlled sparring for appropriate experience levels. You don't need to be in shape or have any martial arts experience to start—we'll teach you from the beginning.
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
9 CLASSES A WEEK · 60 to 90 minute sessions
All Levels
Our main Muay Thai class, open to beginners and experienced students alike. Learn technique, combinations, pad work, partner drills, and conditioning.
Advanced
Higher-intensity training recommended for experienced students and fighters. Classes feature more advanced techniques, challenging workouts, sparring, and competition-focused training.
Women’s Only
A welcoming Muay Thai class exclusively for women. Learn technique, improve fitness, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
Open Mat
Unstructured training time to practice, drill, hit pads, or work independently. A great opportunity to sharpen what you’ve learned throughout the week.

Not at all! Beginners are always welcome. Our All Levels & Women’s Only are designed for first-timers through experienced students. Muay Thai is a great way to get in shape while learning a martial art.

We encourage members to bring their own gear, but loaner equipment is available. Please bring 16oz gloves and shin guards. Hand wraps are recommended. Mouth guards are required for sparring. We have an in-gym store where you can purchase gear! Wear comfortable athletic clothing that you can move and sweat in.

No! Sparring is completely optional. You can train Muay Thai without participating in sparring.

We recommend ages 13+. Kid’s classes are currently under development!

We recommend starting with 2–3 sessions per week. You can increase your training as your fitness and experience improve.
